cleanliness level gym equipment super clean room
The gym featured several pieces of equipment. i saw three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a weight machine. the hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness. the room was super clean, and the bathroom sparkled. I found this very assuring.
I noticed that the breakfast buffet sometimes experienced delays in restocking items. some food areas were occasionally understocked. This created minor inconveniences during peak hours.

the hotel sits close to the river and various tourist attractions. this proximity allows easy access to multiple points of interest. i found it very convenient. the hotel also provides easy access to nearby areas.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. it was great that the room featured a powerful hairdryer, unlike many hotels. i found the bed very comfortable. I slept soundly .

The staff members at reception were friendly and helpful. they provided prompt assistance with all inquiries. i appreciated clara's really good service. She was particularly helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble for her!

Acceptable stay with some issues
nonexistent room service uncleanliness by the cleaning lady
The bar areas were lovely and relaxing.
Room service WAS nonexistent, you can call but they don't respond. A cleaning lady refused to clean with guests present, even after repeated requests because my things were lying around. SHE threw things around, and SPIT bad words to me. They overcharged 9.40 euros on my card after i checked out, for no reason. And are not responding to my mails to revert the amount.

the location allowed easy access to many restaurants.. and shops. the room had modern decor. i also loved the cleanliness everywhere.
the gym hours did not accommodate early workouts.

Excellent Central Location
spacious hallway comfortable beds clean shower
I found the hallway spacious and the beds comfortable. The shower was clean. I appreciated the location and the restaurants were nearby. Walking to the historic center was manageable.
I experienced a slight delay during check-in , as it took longer than expected.

Excellent Stay
modern hotel rooftop pool helpful staff nice options
The hotel is quite modern and maintained well. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool area. It provided a great space to relax. The staff were helpful (and I want to mention Jose who was really good). The breakfast offered nice options each day.
The gym hours were not 24/7 (it only opened at 7:00 AM), a bit inconvenient if you have planned an early trip.

Breakfast included a good selection with the option to order eggs. The restaurant on the ground floor served excellent drinks and the tapas were really tasty (especially in the evening).

My room was spacious and quiet. It featured a large bed with good toiletries. The tea and coffee tray was appreciated and I found the room to be very clean .

The hotel is at a convenient location. It is easy to cross a bridge to reach the city center. Also there are several lovely restaurants along the waterfront within a short walk.
